Fulfillment Process

CSM collects creative materials from the advertiser via email and uploads them to RateLine in Naviga.
CSC creates the order and line items in Mindful.
CSC adds the following links to the rateline in Naviga, tagging the appropriate CSM:
- Link to Ad's Material Builder in Mindful
- Link to Ad's Metrics Reporting in Mindful
Once advertiser approval of the completed materials is obtained by the CSM, the CSC activates the campaign.
