Q: How quickly will Leaders reporting appear in Leadworks for me to review?
A: Real-time reporting of your digital profile’s views and clicks, plus category activity. To get max value out of your digital profile, get profile materials in before they go live.

Q: What is YouTube Amplify?
A: YouTube widget embedded right in your pop-up data card, and all articles on your company will feature a widget with your YouTube channel. Your YouTube videos flow right onto your online profile page on our site and are always self-updating – you don’t have to do a thing, just add a video to your channel.

Q: Why are PW, HCP, OEM, and Mundo Leader's close dates BEFORE the print profile close date this year?
A: The close date is prior to the print profile date so advertisers are able to generate a full year's worth of impressions—this way they have more Leader's impressions under their belt when you enter renewal conversations with them in the Fall. However, remember that advertisers are able to get into Leaders year-round! To receive the print profile piece, advertisers need to be in Leaders by the following dates:

  • PW: 1/9/26
  • OEM: 2/9/26
  • HCP: 2/23/26
  • Mundo: 3/31/26

Hard Costs

  • Banner Ads are $4 CPM
    • Leaders in Packaging Pro: Total hard cost at 10k impressions is $40.
    • Leaders in Packaging Premium: Total hard cost at 20k impressions is $80.
  • Print hard costs vary according to fluctuating paper costs. Visit here for Packaging World magazine hard costs.

Fulfillment Process

  • Rep or CSM collects advertiser's selected digital categories for Leaders. Wherever and whenever these digital categories appear on articles, the advertiser will appear in the dropdown beneath them.
  • CSM shares a link, which is accessible year-round, for the advertiser to update their Leader's digital profile.
  • For PW and HCP Leaders: Advertiser provides materials for retargeted 3rd party banner ads to CSM. These banner ads are served on brand safe 3rd party sites, targeting visitors of PackWorld.com. These impressions are not category specific.
    • There is no deadline to submit 3rd party banner ads. However, these are fulfilled on a first come-first served basis. If materials are submitted after April 1st 2026, impression fulfillment is not guaranteed.
  • Lara Krieger will reach out to the advertiser for their print ads, which they will upload to Send My Ad.
  • For Annual Resource Guide, Lara Krieger will reach out to the advertiser for:
    • Category they'd like to run their print profile under
    • Category(s) they'd like to run their product ad(s) under
    • Print profile and product ad materials
