Maximize your trade show investment by creating a video of your exhibit for post-event branding and lead-generation.
Trade show exhibits make a big impact, but without proper planning, they reach only those who attend the live event. Videos offer an excellent solution for "bringing your exhibit" to a larger audience.
PMMI Media Group can create a professional video of your exhibit at PACK EXPO.

Process:
1. PMG Project manager (Reed Simonsis) will contact each advertiser to schedule the day and time of the shoot. Advertisers will be informed that our videographer can spend approximately 20-25 minutes at their booth.
2. Subject matter experts should be prepared to demonstrate machinery upon arrival of our videographer.
3. One week prior to filming, PMG Project Manager will contact each advertiser to confirm key details such as SME’s full name and title, booth location, filming date and time.
4. One day prior to filming, PMG Project Manager will again confirm date, time, and key details with advertiser.
5. PMG Project Manager will work with videographer(s) post filming to ensure production of PACK EXPO Wrap videos are prioritized and all editing is completed in a timely matter. Video download links will be sent to advertisers upon completion.

"We love in-booth video. The videographer does a good job of editing the footage that he shoots in the booth and of just capturing great video of the machines in operation in the booth. So we find good value in having him shoot those videos and then we use those throughout the year, in e-blasts and things like that and on our website. The quality of the video production is probably the number one driver. Video, not only shooting, but also the editing."
