9AM – 5PM October 23-25, 9AM – 3PM October 26

Convention center room location information:

  • **Show office – S-401abc, Level 4 (Upper South Hall) – Please leave ALL of your belongings in the back of the show office, not in the PMG booth. 
    • You can pick up your metal name badge here if you are not bringing your own – you can get it in the show office, as it’s not on the show floor.

  • Emerging Brands Summit - Room S100 | Sunday, October 23 8AM to 5:30PM

  • **Staff breakfast/lunch room – S-401D, Level 4 – Breakfast 7AM to 9AM | Lunch 11AM to 2PM

  • PMG Sales/Customer Lunch Room – N-226 (North Hall, lower level) – 11AM to 2PM – Confirm reservations/guests – Reservation List

  • PMG/PMMI Booth – N-4550 (North Hall)

  • PMG Editor’s Room (tables and monitors to write, edit, etc.) – N-226 (North Hall, lower level) – shared with PMG Sales Lunch Room

  • Breakdown Party: Wednesday, October 26 at 7PM – Hilton Chicago

 

**No Per Diem for Chicago staff – please save receipts and do an expense report after the show
